The Buffalo Bisons beat the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, 5-2. Buffalo pitcher and Azua, Dominican Republic, native Andres Sauri led the way. The win puts the Bisons at 70-58, while the IronPigs drop to 58-70.

Tony Sauceda had a big 2-run home run for the Bisons in the top of the third inning. With Buffalo leading 1-0 and a runner on 2nd, he sized up a sinker from James Costello, who is tied for 8th in the IL in wins with 11, and punished it. The result was his 6th home run of the season, which put the Bisons on top, 3-0.
