Buffalo Beats Syracuse in 11-Inning Thriller
The Buffalo Bisons topped the Syracuse Chiefs by a score of 9-4 in 11 innings. Leading the way was first baseman Chris Taylor. Taylor hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice for the Bisons. Buffalo, at 65-63, occupies second place in the North Division.

Buffalo used the timely hitting of Matt Swann to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 11th inning to put the Bisons on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 6 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"There's no quit in this team," said Bisons manager Bob Butler.
