Indians Walk It Off for 10th Win of Season
The Indianapolis Indians turned back the Pawtucket Red Sox, 6-5, at Victory Field. Phil Samsa, in particular, had a fine performance. He was 3 for 4 with 2 doubles, while scoring 3 times. Pawtucket drops to 10-13.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Indianapolis center fielder Andreas Frick, facing Larry Harreld, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Indians the 6-5 win.

"Win or lose, we always try to grind it out and stay even-keeled," Frick said in reaction to the win.
