Losing Trend Continues for Scranton WB
Lehigh Valley right-hander Marcos Montijo pitched his team to victory over the Scranton WB RailRiders at PNC Field. The final score was 3-2. David Adams, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 19th save. Lehigh Valley, now 58-81, holds down 5th place in the North Division.

Lehigh Valley took a 3-0 lead on Andy Jenkins's 22nd double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Jenkins hit in the top of the seventh, left Scranton WB pitcher Bruce Juneau visibly frustrated.
