The Buffalo Bisons picked up a win at Coca-Cola Field, knocking off the Scranton WB RailRiders, 2-1. On the mound for Buffalo was right-hander Bill Higgins, who played a pivotal role in the win. John Bradley, credited with the win, is now 2-0. He allowed no runs on no hits. The loss drops the RailRiders to 15-9.

The Bisons procured the win, in large part because of pinch hitter Jeremy Landon. In the bottom of the tenth, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

"Both teams played hard," said Buffalo manager Clayton Beaulieu.
