Thrilling Walk-Off Win for Flying Squirrels
It was pandemonium at The Diamond after an exciting walk-off win.

Richmond starter Eric Ervin pitched well against the Harrisburg Senators at The Diamond. The right-hander led his team to a win, 2-1, in 10 innings. Richmond reliever Aubrey DeLuca was the winner. His record is now 3-1. The losing pitcher was Ray Koval.

The Flying Squirrels got a clutch hit from second baseman Frank Vargas. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Flying Squirrels.

"Great to get the crowd on its feet," Vargas said.

With the win, the Flying Squirrels improved to 35-27.
