With right fielder Jeff Pellerin leading the charge, the Harrisburg Senators defeated the Trenton Thunder, 9-6, at Arm & Hammer Park. Pellerin, who was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2110 draft, went 2 for 5 with a home run and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 times and drove in 4. Ray Koval collected his 8th save. The Senators improved their record to 31-31 with the win over Trenton.

With Harrisburg leading 5-2 in the top of the eighth, Pellerin hit a fastball from Vinny Lopez for a grand slam home run. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Senators ahead, 9-2.

"We came out with clear minds and swung the bats well," said Harrisburg manager Jimmy Hawkins.
