Senators Lose as Curve Stage Late Rally
The Altoona Curve knocked off the Harrisburg Senators, 11-8, at People's Natural Gas Field. Ed Cosman was a big reason Altoona won. The second baseman was 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 and driving in 4. The win makes Altoona 43-27.

The game was decided with two out in the bottom of the ninth. With Altoona trailing 8-7, Cosman jumped on a cutter from 24-year old right-handed pitcher Joe Hannahs and hit a grand slam home run to left. With one swing, the Curve had a walk-off win.

"This game was intense," Cosman said, postgame.
