Senators Shut Out by Amador, 2-0
In an outstanding mound performance, Erie SeaWolves starter Edgar Amador fired a complete-game shutout against the Harrisburg Senators at Jerry Uht Park.

Amador was the key to the 2-0 Erie win. The 27-year-old right-hander was in high spirits for much of the game, his mood largely unfazed by the 5 hits and 1 walk he allowed.

"5 hits?" he said with a laugh following the game. "Listen, I'd be happy with a 30-hitter, as long as it was a shutout."

This year, Amador has posted a 4-3 mark in 10 starts and has a 5.17 ERA.
