In a low-scoring affair between the Rochester Red Wings and the Buffalo Bisons, pitcher Edwin Pereira was the difference between victory and defeat. The Rochester right-hander earned accolades in the 3-1 Red Wings win. Earning his 6th save of the year was Danny Nunez. The win takes Rochester to 13-13.

The Red Wings got a big hit from second baseman Jimmy Dressler. In the bottom of the fifth, Dressler pounded a run-scoring double to right. His 7th double of the season put the Red Wings ahead, 2-1.

"Winning never gets old," said Pereira.
