6-4 Win for New Hampshire in Extras
The timely hitting of Elias Colon helped the New Hampshire Fisher Cats down the Richmond Flying Squirrels, 6-4. Colon went 3 for 5 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 2 for the Fisher Cats. New Hampshire reliever Antonio Dunbar picked up the win, upping his record to 2-2. Hector Reyes absorbed the loss. The second-place Flying Squirrels have lost 4 straight games.

Colon had a game-changing double in the top of the 12th. On a 1-2 sinker from Hector Reyes, he banged a run-scoring double to left, giving the Fisher Cats a 5-4 lead. It was the 14th double of the year for Colon.

New Hampshire manager Quinn Autrey commended his team for exhibiting "no shortage of effort."
