Baysox Suffer 2-1 Setback
The Erie SeaWolves did just enough to sneak past the Bowie Baysox, 2-1, at Prince George's Stadium. Erie pitcher Sean Dale, in particular, had a standout performance. Erie pitcher Danny Singleton got the win. He's now 3-1. Sergio Rosas was tagged with the loss. The SeaWolves go to 32-45, putting them 5th in the Southern Division.

Erie used the clutch hitting of Jim Hall to capture the win. The second baseman drilled a run-scoring double in the top of the ninth inning to give the SeaWolves the lead, 2-1. For the game, Hall had 1 single and 1 double in 4 at-bats.

"For the most part, I made good pitches when I needed to," said Dale.
