Vick Brilliant as Senators Top RubberDucks, 2-0
Harrisburg Senators starter Ian Vick turned in a top-notch performance against the Akron RubberDucks at FNB Field. The result was a win for the Senators, 2-0. Joe Hannahs notched his 7th save of the season. The setback makes Akron 31-49.

It was an impressive outing from the soft-spoken Vick, who tallied 6 strikeouts in 8 innings and allowed only 4 hits. Vick raised his record to 3-2 on the year with 56 strikeouts.

"Ian was really attacking guys' weaknesses and he didn't leave a lot of balls over the plate," said Harrisburg field general Tan Timmermans.
