In a low-scoring clash between Trenton and Altoona, pitcher Jordan Craig was a difference-maker. The right-hander earned praise for his performance in the 3-1 Thunder win. The winner was Craig. He threw 7.0 innings of 4-hit ball. The loser was Shawn Margulies. Earning his 10th save of the year was Kirk Bross.

With two out in the bottom of the fifth, Adrian de Diego put Trenton in front, 2-1, with a run-scoring single. The Thunder went on to win the ballgame.

"This is a great group to be a part of, and it's a big win for us," Craig told the Trenton Observer.

The 4th-place Thunder now sit at 44-45.
