Hill Plays Big Role in Reading Win
The Reading Fightin Phils topped the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, 6-0, in Eastern League action at FirstEnergy Stadium. The standout performance belonged to Reading pitcher and West Covina, California, native Erik Hill. The Fightin Phils now own a record of 28-61.

Hill scattered 4 hits over 8.1 innings for the Fightin Phils. With the win, Hill moves to 4-8 on the year with 66 strikeouts.

"I felt we were ready to go," said Reading manager Ryan Mihelich. "Our pregame was pretty good."
