Mets Listless in 6-0 Loss to SeaWolves
|
Today was Sean Dale's turn in the rotation for the Erie SeaWolves and he made the most of it, shutting out the Binghamton Mets on 1 hit.
The 21-year-old right-hander led the SeaWolves to an easy 6-0 victory, allowing 1 walk and tallying 6 strikeouts.
"I hope we miss him next time," Binghamton manager Brian Lees said. "Dale certainly pitched a strong game against us today. He was in a groove, throwing everything for strikes. Throwing hard. Changing speeds."
In 19 starts this season Dale has recorded a 7-7 record and a 4.09 ERA.
