Thompson Masters Erie in Complete Game Win

The Reading Fightin Phils beat the Erie SeaWolves, 6-2. Reading starter Bobby Thompson pitched a gem. The Fightin Phils, at 38-58, sit in 5th place in the Southern Division.
Thompson earned the win to move to 5-6. In his complete game performance, he allowed 2 runs on 4 hits, striking out 7 and walking 1.
"Bobby is one tough son of a gun," said Reading manager Daniel Rapp.
