Fisher Cats Win Nail-Biter, 3-2
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats used a stellar performance from pitcher Yuji Fujii to throttle the Binghamton offense en route to an extra-inning, 3-2 win at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. New Hampshire reliever Eddie Pedley picked up the win, raising his record to 3-0. Chad Morss was tagged with the loss. With the win, the Fisher Cats improved to 56-49.

The decisive blow was delivered by Jesse Stewart in the bottom of the tenth when he hit a run-scoring double off 26-year old left-handed pitcher Chad Morss to win the game for New Hampshire. The home crowd went nuts.

"The game is never over 'til it's over," said a jubilant Casey Bac, the New Hampshire skipper.
