Fans saw a dandy of a game between the Hartford Yard Goats and New Hampshire Fisher Cats.

Leo Hard, who is rated as the 64th best prospect by BNN, was locked in. The left-hander led the Hartford Yard Goats to a 3-2 win against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. Hartford pitcher Alex Guitron got the win. He's now 4-1. Preston Holub was tagged with the loss. Alvaro Jimenez closed it out for Hartford, earning his 9th save.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Dante Almazan? The 24-year old right fielder Almazan stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put Hartford up, 3-2. For the game, he was 3 for 4, including 1 double and 2 singles.

"Leo pitched like a champ," said Hartford manager Jerry Jones.

The Yard Goats are now 63-46, while the Fisher Cats fall to 60-49.
