Flying Squirrels Deal Senators 5-1 Setback
The Richmond Flying Squirrels took on the Harrisburg Senators at FNB Field.

Richmond registered a win at FNB Field by beating the Harrisburg Senators, 5-1. Pitcher Marshall Facey was one reason why the Flying Squirrels triumphed. Facey yielded 1 run over 9 innings to notch the win. He scattered 9 hits, walked 1, and struck out 7. His record improves to 12-5.

Richmond relied on the bat of Ricky Cruz to get the win. The center fielder ripped a bases-clearing triple in the top of the seventh inning to put the Flying Squirrels ahead, 4-1. For the game, Cruz had 1 double and 1 triple in 4 at-bats.
