Senators Rally Late to Nip Thunder
The Harrisburg Senators knocked off the Trenton Thunder, 9-8, at FNB Field. Michael Malone was a big reason Harrisburg won. The first baseman was 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 3 runs. Kevin Rice got credit for the win, improving to 2-3. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. Harrisburg is in 4th place in the Southern Division with a record of 57-52.

Harrisburg got a knockout punch from Salvador Laureano. The pinch hitter hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"Sometimes you get the ball in the right spot and it goes," said Laureano.
