The Richmond Flying Squirrels went down to defeat to Aaron LaBonte and his Trenton teammates. The final score was 5-1 in favor of the Thunder. Trenton's record now stands at 46-70, placing them last in the Northern Division.
Jeremy Boland aided the Trenton cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the first. For the game, the catcher went 2-4 with 2 singles.
"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Boland told a Trenton Herald reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
