In a tight tilt between the Erie SeaWolves and the Altoona Curve, Mike DeRieux was the difference-maker. The Erie right-hander excelled in his team's 2-1 win in 10 innings. DeRieux yielded 1 run over 10 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 5, and struck out 7. His record improves to 3-3. Erie is now 46-69, while Altoona is 67-49.
