Binghamton overcame a superior effort from Nick Keane to beat Bowie, 8-4. The Bowie pitcher threw 7.0 innings of 3-hit ball. Binghamton now sports a record of 65-53.

Binghamton used the timely hitting of Bob Bell to capture the win. The first baseman stroked a bases-clearing double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Mets on top, 7-3. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but he made it count.

"I feel like a little kid every time I put the uniform on," said Bell.
