Behind the bravura of left fielder Bill Larimer, the Hartford Yard Goats topped the Altoona Curve by the score of 10-0. Larimer was 3 for 4 with a triple, a double, and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for the Yard Goats. The Yard Goats now have a record of 75-48 with the win over Altoona.

With Hartford leading 1-0 in the bottom of the third, Larimer hit a sinker from Chris Recht for a run-scoring triple. It was his 6th triple of the season and put the Yard Goats ahead, 2-0.
