The Altoona Curve beat the Bowie Baysox, 7-6, in part because of right fielder Kyle Noa. He went 1 for 4 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Altoona reliever Andy Montes was the winner. His record is now 7-5. Alex Delgado took the loss. The 4th-place Curve now have a record of 57-67.

With Altoona leading 1-0 in the bottom of the second, Noa hit a changeup from Chris Borchers for a grand slam home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Curve ahead, 5-0.

"I was just going up there trying to see good pitches, that was about it," said Noa.
