SeaWolves Drop Close One Late
In a well-pitched game between the Reading Fightin Phils and the Erie SeaWolves, pitcher Mason Fowler was fantastic. The Reading right-hander helped his team secure the win, 2-1. The winner in relief was Tom Fetherolf. He is now 2-6. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2 innings. With the victory, the Fightin Phils record stands at 56-70.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the ninth for Reading. That's when Bill Foley hit a run-scoring double off 26-year old right-handed pitcher Pat Blair to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"We leaned on our pitching tonight," Foley said.
