The New Hampshire Fisher Cats defeated the Altoona Curve, 2-1, in Eastern League action at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. New Hampshire pitcher Rich Rowley had a standout performance. In 6.1 innings, Rowley surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 9 and walking 2. He allowed 1 run. New Hampshire currently is in first place in the Northern Division at 81-46.
