In a tight contest at People's Natural Gas Field, the Altoona Curve edged the Harrisburg Senators by the score of 7-6. Altoona catcher Dan Winn, who blasted 2 home runs, was a key contributor. Noah Cirbus came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.1 innings. His record now stands at 10-4. Harrisburg, at 72-61, has lost 12 straight.

The Curve got a clutch hit from third baseman Joel Blanchard. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Curve.

"We haven't been playing to the level we want to play," said Harrisburg manager Tan Timmermans.
