Loza Goes Distance in 4-1 Win
|
Antonio Loza pitched a gem to lead Binghamton to victory over the Trenton Thunder, 4-1. The Mets, at 61-78, sit in 5th place in the Northern Division.
Loza earned the win to move to 1-0. In his complete game performance, he allowed 1 run on 5 hits, striking out 9 and walking 2.
"I was just taking it batter by batter, just enjoying the moment," said Loza.
