Baker Dazzles in 2-0 Everett Win

Fans of the Everett AquaSox who packed the stands for the home opener were rewarded with a Everett win over the visiting Boise Hawks, 2-0. Scott Baker started for the home team against Ramon Mejia. Scott Baker earned accolades for his performance. Nate Wendt closed the door for Everett, picking up his 1st save of the year.
Baker tossed 90 pitches over 7 innings to clinch the win for the AquaSox. The right-hander allowed just 5 hits, while racking up 8 strikeouts in the game.
