Fans who congregated at Ballpark of Seymour were treated to extra-inning drama.

The Helena Brewers did just enough to nip the Philadelphia (Rk+) Phillies, 9-8, in 11 innings. Helena second baseman Junior Antonio Winslow, in particular, had a standout performance. The win puts Helena at 3-2.

Helena used a timely hit from Brad Arrowood to get the win. The catcher stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the 11th inning to put the Brewers ahead, 9-8. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"To not win that game stings a little bit," said Philadelphia (Rk+) manager Larry Thorpe.
