Lehigh Valley Dismisses Pawtucket, 5-3
The Lehigh Valley IronPigs had to overcome a big game from Pawtucket right fielder Jasper Pitlock to leave McCoy Stadium with a victory. And they did, winning, 5-3. Pitlock went 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Ryan Hill collected save number 1. Lehigh Valley has run its win streak to 5 consecutive.

Lehigh Valley used a clutch at-bat from Dan Petzoldt to capture the win. The second baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the IronPigs ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

Lehigh Valley manager Bryce Bissinger commended his team for "banging out a nice win."
