Erick Rios was the difference-maker for the Helena Brewers in what turned into a shootout with the Grand Junction Rockies. Rios went 3-for-5 in the 12-9 Brewers win. The save was credited to Justin Edwards, his 1st. Helena has a record of 8-11, placing them third in the North.

The game was all tied up in the top of the ninth, until Rios delivered big-time for Helena, stroking a dramatic bases-clearing triple off Ramon Alvarez. The game-changing hit put the Brewers on top, 12-9.

"Our approach was just to try to see something over the plate and be aggressive," Rios told the Helena Daily News.
