Though he had a stellar game, Sean Farnese could not prevent his team, the Spokane Indians, from losing, 6-5, to the Minnesota (SS-A) Twins. Farnese was 2-3 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. The win puts Minnesota (SS-A) at 4-4.

Eddie Hernandez helped out the Minnesota (SS-A) cause in the bottom of the third inning with a run-scoring ground out. For the game, the right fielder drew 1 walk.

"Fun game," said Hernandez, "even when the outcome was in doubt."
