Kinkade has 7 RBI in Curve Win
|
At People's Natural Gas Field, the Erie SeaWolves and Altoona Curve were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.
Led by 22-year-old Kevin Kinkade, the Altoona Curve knocked off the Erie SeaWolves, 8-3. Kinkade went 2-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while adding 7 RBI and scoring once for the Curve. The win gives Altoona a record of 6-4.
In the bottom of the third, Kinkade had a bases-clearing double for Altoona. It was his 2nd double of the season and put the Curve on top, 3-0.
When asked about his performance after the game, Kinkade said: "Like everyone else, I'm just doing my job."
