In the 11-3 Tulsa win over Frisco, the impact of Larry Crumpton was substantial. Crumpton was 3-5 with 2 home runs. He drove in 7 runs and scored twice. Frisco, with the loss, is still a stout 3-1.

With Tulsa leading 2-1 in the top of the fourth, Crumpton hit a changeup from Angel Godoy for a grand slam home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Drillers ahead, 6-1.
