Drillers Win Thriller, 9-6
The Tulsa Drillers knocked off the Midland RockHounds, 9-6, at ONEOK Field. Rodolfo Navarro was a big reason Tulsa won. The center fielder was 4 for 5 with 2 home runs, a double, and a walk. He scored 3 times and drove in 6. Tulsa pitcher Amando Ortigueira got the win, upping his record to 1-0. Cody Fagan got the loss. The Drillers have hit the ground running, raising their record to 8-2. While it's still too soon to talk about Tulsa hoisting their 8th Round 2 trophy, fans are getting excited about their strong start.

In the bottom of the 11th, with the score tied, Navarro hammered a 3-run home run to win it for Tulsa.
