Missions Dump Frisco, 6-4, to Win 6th in a Row

The San Antonio Missions spoiled a good performance by Frisco third baseman John Fuller, bumping off Frisco, 6-4, at Nelson W. Wolff Municipal Stadium. Fuller went 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Andy Grupp sewed up the save, his 3rd. With the win, San Antonio improves its record to 10-6.
San Antonio took a 6-4 lead on Robby Bethel's 2nd double of the season. The 2-run double, which Bethel hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Frisco pitcher Jose Obeso visibly frustrated.
"Hitting, winning. It's just contagious," said Bethel.
