RoughRiders Lose By a Run at San Antonio
In a low-scoring affair between the San Antonio Missions and the Frisco RoughRiders, pitcher Luis Lopez was the difference between victory and defeat. The San Antonio left-hander earned accolades for his stellar performance in the 3-2 Missions win. San Antonio, at 23-21, holds down first place in the South Division.

Chris Sparks drove in one run for San Antonio. The 25-year old first baseman had a key at-bat in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Steve Dixon. It was his 17th RBI of the season.

Lopez said he was "thrilled" the fans had something to get excited about.
