Naturals Earn 7-6 Win Versus RoughRiders
The Northwest Arkansas Naturals withstood an impressive performance by Frisco third baseman Paul Rodriguez to defeat the RoughRiders, 7-6, at Dr. Pepper Ballpark. Rodriguez went 2-5 with a home run and a triple. He scored 2 times and drove in 4. The Naturals improve their record to 24-21 with the win over Frisco.

Northwest Arkansas used a clutch hit from Drew Burris to get the win. The pinch hitter drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Naturals ahead, 7-6. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

In postgame comments to the Northwest Arkansas Daily, Burris said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
