Behind the bravura of left fielder Mitch Alford, the Arkansas Travelers topped the Frisco RoughRiders by the score of 8-3. Alford was 2-2 with a home run and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 times and drove in 2 for the Travelers. Arkansas pitcher Paul DeHoff got the win. He's now 1-0. Jim Reich was tagged with the loss. The win elevated the Travelers to 28-19.
