Northwest Arkansas Drops Another One, 4-2
Midland pitcher Scott Delgado had a large part in his team subduing the Northwest Arkansas Naturals, 4-2. The opposition could never mount much of a rally against the right-hander. The winner was Delgado. He threw 7.0 innings of 4-hit ball. The loser was Frank Rivera. Kevin Hopkins was credited with the save for Midland, his 2nd of the season.

Alex Urena took Northwest Arkansas hurler Frank Rivera deep in the bottom of the third. His 3-run home run put the RockHounds on top, 3-0. In all, Urena had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 3.
