The Tulsa Drillers dumped the San Antonio Missions, 6-4, in large part due to second baseman Jeremy Johnson. On the day, Johnson went 2-4 with 2 home runs for the Drillers. The win went to Chad Emery in relief, making him now 3-0. Allen Leslie took the loss for San Antonio. Getting the save was Andres Bertran, his 15th.

Tulsa took a 5-4 lead on Ruben Alvarez's 4th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Alvarez hit in the bottom of the seventh, left San Antonio pitcher Allen Leslie visibly frustrated.

"We're not exactly playing great right now," said David Medina, the San Antonio manager.

The Drillers have now reeled off 6 straight wins.
