The Northwest Arkansas Naturals picked up a win at Arvest Ballpark, dropping the Springfield Cardinals, 2-1. Sam Delmas, who leads the TEX with a 0.91 WHIP, was the difference-maker. Miguel Alfaro was credited with the save for Northwest Arkansas, his 1st of the season. Northwest Arkansas is in second place in the North Division with a record of 32-28.

DeMario Zuniga helped his team take an early lead with a run-scoring single. It came in the first inning, making the score 2-0, Naturals.
