Drillers Suffer 12-1 Drubbing
The home crowd had a good time watching the Tulsa Drillers and Northwest Arkansas Naturals get after it.

The Northwest Arkansas Naturals easily defeated the Tulsa Drillers, 12-1, at Arvest Ballpark, with second baseman Eric Young a main contributor to the win. He went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 4 for Northwest Arkansas. Dave Lizardi, the winner, improved to 4-6. He held Tulsa to 1 run on 5 hits over 8.2 innings, while racking up 6 strikeouts.

Justin Kilp took Bobby Judd deep in the bottom of the first. His 3-run home run put the Naturals on top, 3-0. In all, Kilp had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.

"They took us to the woodshed," said Tulsa manager Vicente Gutierrez.

The Naturals' win now puts them at 37-24.
