The San Antonio Missions beat the Frisco RoughRiders, 5-4. San Antonio pitcher and Baruta, Venezuela, native Victor Duro led the way. With the win, the Missions have a record of 35-29.

In the bottom of the sixth, San Antonio second baseman Steve Matteucci put his team on top. With one out and the bases loaded, he hit his 2nd home run of the year. Frisco pitcher Simon Bellett served it up. Just like that, the Missions were ahead, 5-3.

"We had the game right there for the taking," said Frisco manager Andy Fletcher. "But we decided not to take it."
