Frisco took on Midland in a contest which featured a pitchers' duel. Cody Dunn, in particular, was fantastic. The left-hander helped the RoughRiders snag the win, 2-1, in 10 innings. After today's action, Frisco sits at 25-42, while Midland falls to 25-42.

The RoughRiders liked what they saw from Dunn. The 21-year- old pitcher had a commanding presence on the mound, limiting the RockHounds to 1 run on 3 hits over 7.1 innings, and striking out 10.

"From the first pitch, Cody was ready to rock and roll," said Frisco manager Carlos Mercado.
