The Frisco RoughRiders topped the San Antonio Missions, 8-5, at Dr. Pepper Ballpark. Frisco designated hitter Conor Conley was a spark plug for the offense. He went 1-3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Frisco is now 38-30.

With Frisco trailing 3-2 in the bottom of the fifth, Conley hit a cutter from Bobby Isom for a 3-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the RoughRiders ahead, 5-3.

"We're producers not directors," said Conley. "Produce a good swing. Can't direct where it goes."
