Northwest Arkansas third baseman Dustin McCoy had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Midland RockHounds, 8-5. Josh Knapp got the win, improving to 6-4. He worked 7.1 innings, giving up 4 runs on 6 hits, while striking out 6 and walking 2. Justin Miller, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 16th save.

The game turned with one out in the bottom of the seventh when McCoy, who is tied for 9th in the TEX in bases on balls with 30, hit a 2-run single. It propelled the Naturals into the lead, 6-4.
