Big Day for Sherlock in 14-6 Missions Win
The 14-6 San Antonio win over Frisco was due in large part to Joel Sherlock. The Missions right fielder was 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4. Mike Resop picked up the win in relief for San Antonio, while Dan Pyne took the loss. Francisco Ruelas recorded the save. In save chances, he's now 1 for 1.

San Antonio relied on the hitting of Chris Ell to pick up the win. The center fielder clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Missions on top, 5-0. For the game, Ell had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
