RockHounds Get Past San Antonio for 3-2 Win
Midland picked up a win at Security Bank Ballpark, bumping off the San Antonio Missions, 3-2. Pitcher Matt Johnson was a major reason the RockHounds emerged victorious. At 52-55, the RockHounds find themselves in second place in the South Division.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Midland trailing 2-1, Dan Gates hit a sinker from Billy Brewer to center for a 2-run single. Just like that, the RockHounds had a walk-off win.

"The crowd was raucous," said Gates.
