Midland had no answer for Frisco RoughRiders hurler Bobby Padley, who overwhelmed RockHounds hitters as the RoughRiders coasted to victory, 8-0. The third-place RoughRiders have won 5 in a row.

It was an impressive outing from the soft-spoken Padley, who tallied 10 strikeouts in 7 innings and allowed only 1 hit. Padley, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2112 draft, raised his record to 2-1 on the year with 22 strikeouts.

"We didn't get too many good swings against Bobby," said Midland manager Jay Mizrahi.
